Winston A. Marshall (He/Him)
Winston A. Marshall is an actor, comedian, on-air personality and self-proclaimed “swaggy blerd.” A proud Texan of partial West Indian descent, Winston graduated from Occidental College with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and a minor in Japanese. After graduation, he remained in Los Angeles to pursue acting full-time.
Winston discovered stand-up as a means of venting about being the only black guy in often very white spaces, but his work reaches far beyond comedy. In fact, from a young age, he always had a passion for doing impressions and voices, landing him several voiceover jobs across platforms including Radio Disney.
In 2016, Winston started his own web series, Positive Black People News, which features positive news stories from in and around the black community. That same year, he received a nomination for Best Actor in NBCU’s Short Film Festival. His keen sense for on-screen timing and connection has landed him across several acclaimed television programs including NBC’s Superstore, Disney Channel’s Sydney To The Max, and Nickelodeon’s Bixler High Private Eye. He has also worked with various content creators including: REVOLT, Fullscreen, BlackTreeTV, BuzzFeed, Ray William Johnson (Equals 3), and NicePeter (Epic Rap Battles of History).
