Matt McDermott (He/Him)
Matt McDermott is an actor who grew up in Ohio and got his start in live theater. He followed in Tom Hanks’s footsteps by working as an actor-teacher with Great Lakes Theater before appearing in the 2003 film Miracle Dogs starring Josh Hutchinson. It was at this point that he made the move out to Los Angeles.
In an effort to continue to hone his craft, Matt has taken various classes with Margie Haber, The Groundlings, and Playhouse West; he also appeared on an episode of The Man Show.
Today, Matt is a high school teacher where he invigorates passion in the next generation, constantly finding inspiration from the stories he hears and witnesses each day.
